Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition within 7 days of delivery.
  • Electronic/Software Products are non‑refundable once activated.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Email service@gyoash.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
  • We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, check with your bank or credit card company, then contact us at service@gyoash.com.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by You

  • You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by emailing us at service@gyoash.com.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, our Refund Policy applies.

2. Order Cancellation by Us

  • We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
  • If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

3. How to Cancel

  • We will confirm cancellation via email.
