Delivery Coverage

Shipping Timeline
Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days, depending on the delivery location. Remote or rural locations may require additional time.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping fee will be added at checkout (as applicable based on location and weight).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using our logistics partner’s tracking page.
Delivery Partners
We partner with reputed logistics service providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged upon request with applicable charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition or items are missing:
– Please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

– Include your order number, photos of the package/product, and a brief description.
Installation & Demonstration
For eligible products (like interactive flat panels), free on-site installation and demonstration is provided. Our support team will coordinate with you post-delivery for scheduling.
